1. When will it be possible to live in @Home?

We plan the opening in April 2022, but you can already reserve your apartment – contact us directly.

2. Can I live with a dog/cat?

Of course. We are #animalfriendly, so if your pet is not dangerous, regardless if it’s a dog, cat, hamster, or even canary – it can live together with you in @Home. In our premises we use advanced technologies with above average acoustic properties, thanks to which your pet, even the singing one, will not disturb your neighbors.

3. Do I need to pay the deposit?

Yes, the amount of the deposit may depend on the Tenant’s financial capacity, but in most cases it will be the amount of one month’s rent.

4. Can I have guests?

In @Home you’re supposed to feel at home. And there’s no better feeling than sharing happiness with your beloved ones – hence it’s clear you can have guests.

5. Who covers the cost of repair of domestic appliances?

We bear responsibility for faulty equipment, so if something happens you can report it to the building administrator. However, if you cause the mechanical damage to the equipment or lead to its deterioration through improper use, we will have to provide for the settlement of the damage on the part oth the tenant, e.g. as part of the deposit taken for this purpose.

6. Is it possible to live with children in @Home?

Sure! We have no problem with that.
We want everyone in @Home to feel at ease and comfortable – at home.
Psst…a small #protip. You will find a lot of attractions for your kids around Zaspa – Rope Park in Brzezno, a big play ground in John Paul II’s Park and a family centre of entertainment Loopy’s World. It’s also worth to highlight that we have used advanced technology with above-average acoustic properties in our premises, thanks to which the neighbors will not hear e.g. louder games with your child.
