Key elements of interior design – walls, built-in furniture and bathrooms were designed in toned down, black and white colours completed with a drawing of wood and the roughness of concrete.

The building was designed in such a way as to perfectly harmonize with the buildings characteristic of Gdańsk Zaspa and fit into the surroundings both in terms of scale and shape. However, we decided to go further to fit into the atmosphere of the district and create another part of the unique large-format painting gallery that Zaspa is known for. The representative entrance zone, elevation and @Home common spaces will be decorated with graphics by Seikon, an artist - muralist, painter and sculptor - originating from Gdańsk, recognized in Poland and in the world.
